Nancy Glover

Nancy Glover has over thirty years of tax consulting and structuring experience. She founded Copley Square Tax Group, along with Mary Wright in 2011 after retiring as a Partner in Ernst & Young LLP’s International Tax Practice in Boston.

 

Nancy has been an avid lifetime sailor. She currently is a member of the Eastern Yacht Club in Marblehead Massachusetts and Chicago Yacht Club in Chicago, Illinois. She is also past flag officer and treasurer of Chicago Yacht Club, where she also served on the board of directors for many years. She was the Chair of the US Sailing Budget Committee and has been a member of the US Sailing Audit Committee.

 

Nancy is a member of the US Sailing Judges Committee, US Sailing National Judge and manages Roundtables for the US Sailing Judges Committee. She participates in events throughout the United States and internationally both as a race official and a competitor. Nancy has campaigned her J/105, Tempest, and her J/70, Winter Wind. Notably, Nancy qualified and competed in the 2018 J/70 World Championship. Nancy has served as skipper and person in charge on numerous course and port-to-port races, including skippering 20 Chicago to Mackinac Races.

 

Nancy holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting, Magna Cum Laude, from the University of Utah, a Master of Science in Taxation from Depaul University and a Juris Doctorate from Chicago-Kent College of Law.
